General terms of use, related general rules, and legal responsibilities
It is recommended that the User Agreement, which includes the terms, rules, and legal responsibilities outlined below, be read before using suphias.com.tr.
If the terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the suphias.com.tr site. By using the site and filling out the form containing your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the conditions written on these pages.
1. Usage and Security Rules
suphias.com.tr is open to all members. The services provided on the site are free unless otherwise stated.
In the following cases, the site administration may block the user's access to the site and reserve its legal rights regarding individuals who intervene in the following activities:
1.a. Recording incorrect, irregular, incomplete, misleading information, and information that includes expressions contrary to general moral rules and the laws of the Republic of Turkey on the site.
1.b. Unauthorized copying of the site content, either partially or completely.
1.c. Any damage resulting from the sharing of user information, such as usernames and passwords, granted to users or self-determined, with third parties or organizations (usage by individuals other than the user) is directly the responsibility of the User. Similarly, the User cannot use the IP address, email address, username, or personal information of another person on the internet, nor can they access or use other users' private information without authorization. The user is deemed to have accepted any legal and criminal obligations arising from such use.
1.d. Using software that threatens the security of the site, prevents the operation of the site and software used, attempts to obtain, delete, or modify information, and engages in such activities.

3.a. The information of users visiting suphias.com.tr (such as visit duration, time, and pages viewed) is tracked to provide better service. This information is shared with companies with whom we cooperate on advertising and other matters, in compliance with privacy terms, to expand and improve the content. The purpose here is to enhance the experience offered to users and improve suphias.com.tr.
3.b. After the user fills in the required sections for registration and confirms the email address, they can start using suphias.com.tr by entering their email address and password, on the condition of complying with the terms stated in this agreement.
3.c. The user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on the Protection of Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Law on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, Decrees in the form of Law regarding these laws, the Turkish Code of Obligations, and other relevant legislation, as well as any announcements and notifications issued by suphias.com.tr regarding its services. The user accepts that any legal, criminal, and financial responsibility arising from non-compliant use with these announcements and laws will belong to the user.
3.d. In case the user fails to comply with the obligations stated in this agreement or the general rules announced on the suphias.com.tr site, their use of suphias.com.tr may be blocked temporarily or permanently and/or their account may be closed.
3.e. The user cannot engage in activities that prevent or hinder other users and visitors from using suphias.com.tr, nor can they overload or lock servers or databases by loading automatic programs. They are also prohibited from attempting fraudulent activities. In case of such actions, the user agrees to the termination of their membership and accepts all legal and criminal responsibilities arising from the situation.
3.g. The user cannot remove or alter copyright, trademark, or any notices related to the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from any material copied from or printed through suphias.com.tr.
3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion procedures can be carried out by the user via email to [email protected]. The user's access to the site will be revoked once their membership is canceled. The user who cancels their membership accepts that this process is irreversible.
3.j. The relationships between site users and third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.
3.m. Different rules and obligations may be specified for certain sections of the site. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted the specified rules in advance.
3.n. To protect the personal information and privacy of our users, please read the “Privacy Policy” section to understand the measures we take and our general policy on this matter.
3.o. The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information they use for shopping on the site (such as credit card, GSM number, etc.) is correct and that any legal and criminal liabilities arising from them belong to the user.
7. Notification Addresses
7.a. suphias.com.tr does not require users to provide a postal address in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to suphias.com.tr will be considered the legal address for any notifications related to this agreement.
7.b. The parties accept that requests made to previous email addresses will be valid and deemed as made to them unless they notify each other in writing about any changes to their current email addresses within 3 (three) days.
7.c. Any notification sent by suphias.com.tr to the user's registered email address will be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the email is sent by suphias.com.tr. The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement and that the information they provided regarding themselves is accurate.
KVKK Agreement:
This declaration includes the privacy policy of suphias.com.tr. By visiting the suphias.com.tr website, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.
suphias.com.tr requests some personal information from you during the membership process and afterwards. The protection of your personal information and the maintenance of your privacy are our top priority at suphias.com.tr. Therefore, the information you provide will not be used outside the scope of the rules and purposes specified in the Membership Agreement and will not be shared with third parties.
To detect system-related issues and resolve them as quickly as possible, suphias.com.tr may, if necessary, detect and use users' IP addresses. IP addresses may also be used to generally identify users and collect comprehensive demographic data.
On our site, you are asked to provide your contact information (your name, surname, email address, phone number, and postal address) in registration forms, order forms, surveys, and competitions. Additionally, you will be required to provide your credit card information in the purchase form. The personal information mentioned above will be used to: receive your orders, provide our products and services, process your payments, deliver your orders, provide you with information regarding your orders, contact you for marketing purposes related to products and services, update your information, manage and maintain your membership, suggest products and services that may interest you, and enable third parties to perform technical, logistical, and other functions on our behalf.
As soon as you become a member of suphias.com.tr, informational emails will be sent to your email address, unless you request otherwise. You have the right to change, opt-out, or restart these emails at any time. The content of these emails may include information about the product(s) you purchased, other products we think may interest you, advertisements from third parties, and similar information. Demographic data is used to tailor our site to the interests of our users. This data may be shared with advertisers, in combination with other users' data, to ensure that ads are targeted to the correct audience. These data will not include any personal information; rather, they will be used to make general inferences about user trends and for segmentation purposes. Collected financial information is used to invoice you for the products and services you purchased. By making a purchase on our site, you consent to sharing your financial information with third parties (such as banks, credit card companies, etc.) necessary to complete your transaction. The shared information includes all required financial details such as credit card number, expiration date, and CVV2.
All your credit card and personal information is encrypted using the SSL Secure system, an internet security standard with 2048-bit encryption. This ensures that your information is protected from being intercepted by unauthorized individuals or institutions during internet transactions.

Return and Exchange Conditions
To use the right of return, the Buyer must notify the Seller by phone or WhatsApp (+90 506 843 34 58) within 14 (fourteen) days, and the Product(s) to be returned must be unused and suitable for resale as specified in Article 6 of this Agreement.
Defective Products
For defective products (such as damage, tears, etc.), the shipping cost is covered by the Seller.
Shipping
Shipments sent to us outside of our agreed courier services will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for products that are unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale. (Accessories are excluded.) To use the right of return, the Buyer must notify the Seller by phone or WhatsApp (+90 506 843 34 58) within 14 (fourteen) days. The Product(s) to be returned must be unused and suitable for resale as specified in Article 6 of this Agreement.
Arbitrary Returns
In the case of arbitrary returns (such as the size being too small or too large, not liking the product, etc.), the shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
